Eagle Creek has been involved in many of the world�s largest and most complex implementations of Siebel CRM and OBIEE. Today, we are the largest system integrator in North America dedicated to Oracle/Siebel CRM and BI. The executive team averages 25+ years of experience in the application software and service industries. Our deliberate approach, customer-centric focus and years of experience are key components to our outstanding track record.

Ken Behrendt, CEO

Ken has 31 years of experience in the application software and service industry. Ken joined Eagle Creek in 1999. Prior to joining Eagle Creek, he was President of a Silicon Valley Front Office service company. Prior to Eagle Creek, he was President of an Indian offshore services company that provided resources to the Fortune 2000. Prior to this, Ken was CFO and Managing Director of International Operations for Lawson Software, one of the leading ERP applications company. While at Eagle Creek, Ken developed the first U.S.-based onshore CRM services model that competes against offshore on price while offering the same quality of services as onsite consulting. This model is financially supported by the State of North Dakota and the local community. Ken resides near Minneapolis, MN and holds a BA in Accounting from Western Illinois University.

Kevin Burkhart, Regional Vice President

Kevin has 27 years of experience in the application software and service industry. Kevin joined Eagle Creek in 1999 and is responsible for sales and delivery in the Southeast. Prior to Eagle Creek, he was the Vice President of Sales for a Silicon Valley CRM service company. He has also served as Managing Director of Europe for a retail software company that was acquired by SAP, as well as European Director of Sales and Alliances for Lawson Software. Kevin resides in Charlotte, NC and holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University

Bob Dillon, Regional Vice President

Bob has 29 years of experience in the application software and service industry. Bob joined Eagle Creek in 1999 and is responsible for sales and delivery in New England and Canada. Prior to that he was a Senior Account Executive for a Silicon Valley Front Office service company. He has also served as a Regional Sales Manager for several large application software companies. Bob resides near Providence, RI and holds an economics degree from Holy Cross.

Tom Ballachino, Project Center Director

Tom has 26 years of experience in project management, and over 20 years experience in the application software and service industry. Tom joined Eagle Creek in 2000 and serves as the director of the Eagle Creek Project Center. Prior to Eagle Creek, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. He has also served as Project Manager and Systems Analyst on projects for USAID, worked in various software development and project management activities for Dun and Bradstreet Software and Computer Science Corporation, as well as having served in the US Army as a Combat Engineer Officer. Tom resides in both Valley City, ND and Nashville, TN and holds a BS from Morehead State University.

Dan Jones, Regional Vice President

Dan has 27 years of experience in application implementation and data warehouse/analytics. Dan joined Eagle Creek in 2004 and is responsible for sales and delivery in the West, as well as Analytics Practice Lead. Prior to Eagle Creek, he was the Sr. Practice Director for Siebel Telecom, Practice Manager Data Warehouse Oracle, Practice Lead Data Warehouse IBM and Sr. Manager Deloitte Consulting. He has also served as software engineer for multiple Fortune 1000 companies. Dan resides in Denver, CO and holds a BA in Computer Science from Arizona State University.

Brad Walker, Regional Vice President

Brad has over 26 years of experience in application software and software development. Brad joined Eagle Creek in 2007 and is responsible for sales and delivery in the Midwest. Prior to Eagle Creek, he was a Senior Account Executive responsible for sales and services for strategic accounts for Siebel/Oracle for 5 years. Brad also held sales management roles at Informix Software, served as a Regional Sales Director for Brience (mobility software startup), served as an Account Executive for IntelliCorp (A.I. software startup), and served as a systems engineer and development team lead for AT&T Bell Laboratories. Brad resides near Chicago, IL and holds an MS in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
