UCare needed to address a backlog of projects driven by the changing business landscape in healthcare. These initiatives included ICD10 compliance, HEDIS migration, health club reimbursement programs, CAG database regulatory adherence and PEGA backend system integration. UCare needed to create additional bandwidth for their in-house team, drive higher quality at a lower cost and better manage risk through increased project predictability.

We provisioned teams for Project Management & Business Analysis, Data Management, Data Architecture & Data Mapping, Application Development as well as Reporting and BI Analytics. We also provided Tier 1 through Tier 3 support. We combined onsite and offsite (but onshore) Technology Center teams, which reduced UCare’s resourcing risks, provided delivery predictable and cost outcomes.
