Their founding site is in Germany, and they manufacture in Austria, Brazil, the USA, and India.

Schwing was experiencing significant growth. They were utilizing the Salesforce platform for other purposes but wanted to leverage that knowledge into their partner site. Schwing’s partner site had little automated integration into their backend systems. A need also arose for more tightly coupled data.
solution
Eagle Creek utilized Schwing’s existing Salesforce framework to create a B2B site. Extensive integration collaboration was needed for products, orders, invoices, pricing, and discounts. Eagle Creek also provided checkout integrations for shipping, tax calculations, and payment processing. When the time came for Schwing to transition their users to the new site, customer feedback was requested. Any comments or suggestions were easily applied using B2B experience cloud features.
